Responsibilities
- Drive top-line sales by leading the sales floor, coaching the team, and personal selling
- Ensure operational excellence through visual merchandising, payroll management, and inventory control
- Coach and develop leaders and associates to build a high-performing team
- Manage weekly schedules and labor hours to optimize profit and sales
- Maintain brand presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Analyze business reports and insights to take deliberate action toward results
Requirements
- Passion for the Victoria's Secret brand
- Proven ability to improve customer satisfaction and drive loyalty
- Experience reviewing business reports and implementing action plans
- Experience in selecting, developing, and managing direct reports
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, bend, kneel, and lift up to 40 pounds
- 10+ years of retail leadership experience preferred
