Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead by example as a brand ambassador, embodying the VICI culture and lifestyle on the sales floor.
• Create a customer-first environment by ensuring stylists build relationships and provide expert fashion feedback.
• Drive top-line sales growth by analyzing daily performance and executing strategic sales initiatives.
• Manage daily store operations, including visual merchandising standards and backroom organization.
• Collaborate with the buying team to advise on product assortment based on local market trends.
• Onboard, train, and mentor associates and assistant managers to reach their full potential.
• Foster a collaborative, fast-paced work environment and build a strong candidate pipeline.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of retail experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Mac OS, and Slack.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise and fixtures up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work extended periods standing and walking in a retail environment.
• Availability to work a full-time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
