Responsibilities
- Strategically lead the store team to maximize and achieve sales goals and monitor progress against key targets
- Model a consumer-centric mindset and demonstrate exceptional selling behaviors through genuine customer interactions
- Attract, recruit, and hire high-caliber, diverse talent while maintaining a strong succession plan
- Provide direct coaching, feedback, training, and supervision to store associates
- Manage store expenses to maximize profitability and ensure optimal staffing levels
- Oversee merchandising, operations, and community participation to maintain high store standards

- 3-5+ years of professional retail management experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Proven ability to drive sales results and meet business goals through team leadership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
