Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT, and Client Data Capture
• Lead by example, delegate tasks effectively, and develop short-term and long-term business strategies
• Train and develop team members through consistent coaching, roleplay, and feedback to create a 360-degree coaching culture
• Manage store operations including scheduling, timecards, payroll, shipments, transfers, and inventory organization
• Ensure the store adheres to visual merchandising guidelines and delivers a superior client experience through event strategies and clienteling
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures while resolving complex operational challenges

Requirements

• Proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Experience in a high-end retail or luxury market environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible availability to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Physical ability to stand, move around the store, use a ladder, and lift or push boxes weighing up to 30 lbs
