Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT, and Client Data Capture
• Lead and influence team members to complete job duties effectively through clear delegation and strategic planning
• Drive people development by coaching, providing feedback, and establishing succession plans for the management team
• Manage daily store operations including scheduling, payroll, shipments, transfers, and inventory organization
• Ensure the store adheres to visual merchandising guidelines and delivers a superior luxury client experience
• Maintain high standards of ethical conduct and professional communication with both the team and corporate partners

Requirements

• Proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Strong sales and client experience, preferably within the luxury market
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage a retail team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Flexible availability to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/push boxes weighing up to 30 pounds
