Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the luxury retail store in Shanghai
• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales targets
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high brand standards
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with mall management
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to drive business growth
• Implement customer relationship management strategies to build brand loyalty

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in retail store management
• Junior college degree or above
• Strong team management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong data analysis and logical reasoning capabilities
• Proven experience in customer relationship management

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury retail or luggage sales
