Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT, and Client Data Capture
• Lead the retail team by example, delegating tasks effectively and developing short-term and long-term strategies
• Train and develop staff through consistent coaching, roleplay, and feedback to create a 360-degree coaching culture
• Manage store operations including scheduling, timecards, payroll, shipments, transfers, and inventory organization
• Ensure the store adheres to visual merchandising guidelines and delivers a superior client experience
• Recruit and network to build bench strength and establish clear succession plans for the management team

Requirements

• Proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving KPIs
• Experience in the luxury market, travel, fashion, or lifestyle sectors
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and develop a team
• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays as needed
• Physical ability to stand, move around the store, use a ladder, and lift/push boxes weighing up to 30 lbs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
