Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by leading from the floor and providing exceptional hospitality
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, P&L, and sales goals
• Lead staff training, coaching, and performance reviews to inspire team growth
• Oversee store merchandising, inventory management, and daily operations
• Manage human resources tasks including hiring, onboarding, and scheduling

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a retail environment
• 1+ year of experience in a leadership or management role
• Strong knowledge of retail fundamentals, including KPIs and P&L management
• Proven skills in inventory control and visual merchandising
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• A passion for cycling and the belief that bikes make the world better
