Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by leading from the floor and providing exceptional hospitality to customers
• Support financial goals through annual budgeting, financial reviews, and team coaching
• Lead staff training and development through observation, role-play, and Trek U tools
• Host bi-weekly leadership meetings to review performance and plan future operations
• Maintain an organized, shopper-friendly store with strong merchandising and displays
• Oversee store operations including inventory management, supply management, and QuickBooks exports
• Manage human resources tasks including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team engagement

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a retail environment
• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or management role
• Strong understanding of retail fundamentals including KPIs, P&L, and budgeting
• Proven skills in inventory management and merchandising
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with both team members and customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Catalan is a plus
