Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and monitor the financial results of the Eindhoven store
• Lead, motivate, and develop the retail team through training and coaching
• Actively engage on the sales floor to provide exceptional customer service and expert advice
• Oversee workshop operations in collaboration with the Service Advisor to ensure quality and efficiency
• Manage store operations including merchandising, inventory management, and visual standards
• Handle HR duties such as recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and performance evaluations

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management and leadership roles
• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on achieving results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in both Dutch and English
• A genuine passion for cycling or outdoor activities
