Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performing retail team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Drive store profitability by meeting sales, margin, and inventory goals

• Manage visual merchandising, operational excellence, and store process optimization
• Set and achieve weekly, monthly, and annual goals aligned with store strategy

Requirements

• 4+ years of retail experience
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Proven ability to drive sales and increase profit
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on outstanding service
• Tech-savvy with comfort using computer systems and store tools
• Flexible availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
