Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by leading from the floor and providing exceptional hospitality
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, P&L, and financial reviews
• Lead staff performance through training, coaching, and bi-weekly leadership meetings
• Oversee store merchandising to maintain an organized and shopper-friendly environment
• Manage day-to-day operations including inventory, supply management, and scheduling
• Handle human resources tasks such as hiring, onboarding, and team development

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a retail environment
• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or management role
• Strong knowledge of retail fundamentals, including KPIs and P&L management
• Proven skills in inventory management, merchandising, and operational oversight
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A passion for cycling and the belief that bikes make the world better
