Store Manager Trainee

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Store Manager to supervise the management and store team
• Participate in the Store Manager Trainee training program to prepare for independent store management
• Set sales goals, targets, and communication plans for the store team
• Ensure store conditions and standards are consistently upheld
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment
• Assist with loss prevention strategies and investigations
• Support store recruitment and the building of high-performance teams

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in retail management and customer service
• Strong leadership skills and a positive personality
• Ability to make complex decisions with integrity
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to handle physical demands including walking, standing, climbing, and manual material handling
• High school diploma or equivalent
