About the role
Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Store Manager to supervise the management and store team
- Participate in the Store Manager Trainee training program to prepare for independent store management
- Set sales goals, targets, and communication plans for the store team
- Ensure store conditions and standards are consistently upheld
- Promote and maintain a safe work environment
- Assist with loss prevention strategies and investigations
- Support store recruitment and the building of high-performance teams
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in retail management and customer service
- Strong leadership skills and a positive personality
- Ability to make complex decisions with integrity
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to handle physical demands including walking, standing, climbing, and manual material handling
- High school diploma or equivalent
