About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager with direct supervision of the management and store teams
- Learn to lead, manage, and maximize sales growth within the store
- Participate in loss prevention processes, including prevention strategies and investigations
- Set strategies, sales goals, and targets for the store
- Ensure store conditions are consistently upheld to established standards
- Promote and maintain a safe work environment
- Support store recruitment and the building of high-performance teams
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in retail management and customer service
- Strong leadership skills and a positive personality
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to make complex decisions with integrity
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
