Store Manager Trainee

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with direct supervision of the management and store teams
• Learn to lead, manage, and maximize sales growth within the store
• Participate in loss prevention processes, including prevention strategies and investigations
• Set strategies, sales goals, and targets for the store
• Ensure store conditions are consistently upheld to established standards
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment
• Support store recruitment and the building of high-performance teams

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in retail management and customer service
• Strong leadership skills and a positive personality
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
• Ability to make complex decisions with integrity
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent
