Store Manager Trainee

Responsibilities

• Start as an Assistant Store Manager to learn the business, products, and customer base.
• Complete an intensive 5-module training program covering KPIs, management styles, and store presentation.
• Coach and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and professional growth.
• Apply theoretical knowledge to daily store operations under the guidance of a mentor.
• Take full responsibility for store performance and customer satisfaction.

• Highly ambitious with a strong drive to grow into Store or District Manager roles.
• People-oriented with a passion for coaching and developing colleagues.
• Customer-centric and commercial mindset.
• Physically fit and capable of handling hands-on tasks, such as moving furniture.
