Store Manager Trainee

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of a JYSK branch
• Ensure the team remains 100% focused on sales and customer experience in line with JYSK values
• Take initiative to positively influence key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Motivate the team to achieve great results and maintain high standards
• Implement and maintain store concepts, routines, and visual standards
• Act as a role model by taking active responsibility in sales and routine store tasks

Requirements

• Strong drive for results and a desire to achieve high-quality outcomes
• Excellent communication skills to foster a positive and appreciative work environment
• Proficiency in German (minimum C1 level) in both spoken and written form
• Willingness to work on Saturdays (with a compensatory day off during the week)
• Readiness to take full responsibility for a store following the successful completion of the program
• Experience in team leadership or development is a plus, but career changers are welcome
