Store Manager Trainee

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Store Manager to take responsibility for the JYSK branch
• Ensure the team remains 100% focused on sales and customer experience in line with JYSK values
• Take initiative to positively influence key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Motivate the team to achieve great results and maintain a positive work environment
• Implement and maintain store concepts, routines, and operational standards
• Act as a role model by taking an active part in sales and routine store tasks

Requirements

• Strong motivation and a drive to achieve excellent results
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, appreciative attitude
• Willingness to take on responsibility for a future store and its performance
• Proficiency in German (minimum C1 level) in both spoken and written form
• Availability to work on Saturdays (with one weekday off in return)
• Experience in team leadership and development is a plus, but career changers are welcome
