Store Manager Trainee

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in the daily operations of a JYSK branch
• Ensure the team remains 100% focused on sales and customer experience
• Take initiative to positively influence key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Implement and maintain store concepts, routines, and standards
• Act as a role model by taking responsibility for sales and routine tasks
• Motivate the team to achieve great results and maintain a positive environment

Requirements

• Strong attitude and drive to achieve excellent results
• Communicative personality with a positive and appreciative approach
• Willingness to take on responsibility for a future store and its results
• Very good German language skills (minimum C1 level)
• Willingness to work on Saturdays (with a compensatory day off during the week)
• Experience in team leadership and development is a plus, but not required
