Store Manager Trainee

Responsibilities

• Share responsibility for a JYSK branch alongside the Store Manager
• Ensure the team is 100% focused on sales and customers in accordance with JYSK values
• Take initiative to positively influence key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Motivate the team to achieve great results
• Implement and maintain store concepts and routines
• Act as a role model by taking responsibility in sales and routine store tasks

Requirements

• Strong drive and communicative personality
• Ability to create a positive and appreciative working environment
• Readiness to take responsibility for a future store and its results
• Willingness to work on Saturdays (with a compensatory day off during the week)
• Very good German language skills (minimum C1 level)
• Experience in team leadership and development is a plus but not required
