About the role
Responsibilities
- Share responsibility for a JYSK branch alongside the Store Manager
- Ensure the team is 100% focused on sales and customers in accordance with JYSK values
- Take initiative to positively influence key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Motivate the team to achieve great results
- Implement and maintain store concepts and routines
- Act as a role model by taking responsibility in sales and routine store tasks
Requirements
- Strong drive and communicative personality
- Ability to create a positive and appreciative working environment
- Readiness to take responsibility for a future store and its results
- Willingness to work on Saturdays (with a compensatory day off during the week)
- Very good German language skills (minimum C1 level)
- Experience in team leadership and development is a plus but not required
