About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve store objectives
- Start as an assistant store manager to learn company products and customers
- Complete an intensive 5-module training program covering KPIs and management styles
- Apply management knowledge in daily operations under the guidance of a mentor
- Take full responsibility for store management and potentially progress to District Manager
Requirements
- Strong ambition and leadership potential
- Passion for people development and team growth
- Customer-oriented and solution-driven mindset
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including moving furniture
- Enthusiastic, flexible, and pragmatic approach to work
- Ability to work at least one day during the weekend
