Store Manager Trainee

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to achieve store objectives
• Start as an assistant store manager to learn company products and customers
• Complete an intensive 5-module training program covering KPIs and management styles
• Apply management knowledge in daily operations under the guidance of a mentor
• Take full responsibility for store management and potentially progress to District Manager

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including moving furniture
• Enthusiastic, flexible, and pragmatic approach to work
• Ability to work at least one day during the weekend
