Store Manager Trainee

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership skills through intensive training and practical experience
• Manage store processes and achieve commercial goals
• Coach and motivate team members to drive success
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and optimize the customer journey
• Implement improvements to optimize store operations

Requirements

• MBO working/thinking level
• Previous experience in retail preferred
• Understanding of retail processes
• Experience in leadership or coaching is a plus
• Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken)
• Good command of English
• Result-oriented and social mindset
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
