Store Manager Trainee

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in the daily operations and management of a JYSK branch
• Ensure the team remains 100% focused on sales and providing an excellent customer experience
• Take initiative to positively influence key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Motivate the team to achieve great results and maintain a positive work environment
• Implement and maintain store concepts, routines, and standards
• Act as a role model by taking responsibility for sales and routine physical tasks in the store

Requirements

• Strong motivation and a drive to achieve excellent results
• Communicative personality with a positive and appreciative attitude
• Willingness to take on leadership responsibility for a future store
• Very good German language skills (minimum C1 level)
• Readiness for physical work and movement within the store
• Flexibility to work on Saturdays (with a compensatory day off during the week)
• Experience in team leadership or development is a plus, but career changers are welcome
