Store Manager Trainee

Responsibilities

• Participate in an intensive 10-month training program combining theory and practical experience
• Develop leadership skills, including coaching and motivating a retail team
• Manage store processes and implement improvements to optimize operations
• Drive commercial goals and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Take responsibility for the overall store experience and customer journey

Requirements

• MBO level thinking and working ability
• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English
• Result-oriented mindset with a social inclination
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic retail environment, including weekends
• Retail experience is preferred
• Previous leadership or coaching experience is a plus
