Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the store to achieve sales objectives and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
• Execute operational guidelines including inventory control, product display, and merchandise reception.
• Manage the receipt, organization, and stock control of all products.
• Ensure the cleanliness and order of the sales floor and retail space.
• Implement and execute the brand's customer service model to build a community of brand lovers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in store management or a similar leadership role.
• Proven experience in the retail sector, specifically with premium or luxury brands.
• Expertise in the Clienteling sales method to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong ability to adapt to and learn new digital tools.
• A passion for customer service and a trendy, fashion-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, dynamic environment.
