Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to provide an exceptional luxury customer experience.
• Drive sales and manage store operations at the Liverpool Tuxtla Gutierrez location.
• Create personalized looks and styling advice for clients to enhance the shopping experience.
• Manage team performance, motivation, and daily coordination.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in luxury jewelry sales or high-end fashion retail.
• Proven experience in team management or as an Assistant Manager.
• Strong interest in fashion, styling, art, or design.
• Proactive attitude with a passion for customer connection and trend-setting.
• English proficiency is preferred to assist international clients.
