Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team at the CC Saler Valencia location to deliver a unique luxury customer experience.
• Drive continuous improvement to achieve high-performance sales results and KPIs.
• Manage and inspire the store team, fostering a positive and enthusiastic work environment.
• Oversee visual merchandising and personalized styling to create engaging customer looks.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and brand representation.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in luxury jewelry, high-end fashion retail, or as an Assistant Manager.
• Proven experience in team management and leadership.
• Proficiency in English to assist international clientele.
• Strong interest or formal training in art, design, fashion, styling, or visual merchandising.
• A proactive attitude with a passion for trends and lifestyle.
