Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with the store management team to achieve sales goals, wage budgets, and profitability targets
• Identify and implement opportunities to grow the business and improve store performance
• Foster a positive customer and staff experience by maintaining high service standards
• Ensure visual merchandising directives and "door to floor" best practices are executed consistently
• Analyze store-level reports and create actionable plans to improve key performance indicators
• Manage manpower planning, including recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and orientation
• Provide regular training and coaching to employees to ensure professional growth and service quality
• Lead weekly management and staff meetings to communicate goals and results

Requirements

• Progressive retail experience within a brand-driven environment
• Proven experience in store management within the service or retail industry
• Extensive expertise in delivering high-level customer service
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, including budgeting, planning, and sales management
• Excellent people management skills with the ability to resolve conflict and provide constructive feedback
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build relationships with ease
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and work at a fast pace
