About the role
Responsibilities
- Exemplify and enforce exceptional Customer Experience (CX) standards in the store
- Identify and address CX issues through feedback, training, and coaching for sales staff
- Foster collaborative relationships with neighboring businesses and conduct competitor analysis
- Develop and oversee professional growth of store personnel and manage performance evaluations
- Lead recruitment processes and oversee workforce planning
- Analyze business performance using data to improve Sales and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a structured environment
- Highly developed business acumen
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
