Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Exemplify and enforce exceptional Customer Experience (CX) standards in the store
• Identify and address CX issues through feedback, training, and coaching for sales staff
• Foster collaborative relationships with neighboring businesses and conduct competitor analysis
• Develop and oversee professional growth of store personnel and manage performance evaluations
• Lead recruitment processes and oversee workforce planning
• Analyze business performance using data to improve Sales and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a structured environment
• Highly developed business acumen
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
