Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with the store management team to achieve sales goals, wage budgets, and profitability targets
• Lead by example to foster a positive store experience for both customers and staff
• Ensure "door to floor" best practices and visual merchandising standards are executed consistently
• Analyze store-level reports and create actionable plans to improve key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Manage manpower planning, including recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and orientation
• Provide regular training and coaching to employees to ensure high service standards
• Communicate daily with staff regarding individual sales goals and product information
• Coordinate action plans while managing budget decisions and resource allocation

Requirements

• Extensive progressive retail experience
• Previous store management experience in the retail or service industry
• Proven expertise in retail operations, budgeting, and planning
• Strong people management skills with the ability to resolve conflict effectively
• Demonstrated ability to connect with consumers within a brand retail environment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire trust and belonging within a team
• Ability to adapt quickly and work with pace in a changing environment
