Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the St. Moritz store by managing business KPIs and operational tasks
• Provide team-oriented leadership and drive employee development
• Act as a brand ambassador to represent our premium lifestyle brand
• Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers
• Ensure efficient stock management and active floor control

Requirements

• Multi-year professional experience as a leader in textile retail
• Strong leadership qualities and high social competence
• Analytical skills for evaluating business KPIs
• Proficiency in English and standard PC applications
• A motivating, self-confident personality with a hands-on mentality
• Strong organizational talent and sales affinity
