Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations at the DFO Uni Hill location
• Drive sales performance and achieve key KPIs including UPT, conversion rate, and average transaction value
• Lead, recruit, mentor, and motivate the retail team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Oversee stock management and maintain high standards of visual merchandising
• Manage wage budgets and control shrinkage to ensure store profitability
• Identify and execute growth opportunities through an entrepreneurial mindset

Requirements

• Previous supervisory or management experience within the retail apparel or customer service industry
• Proven track record of achieving retail KPIs and managing budgets
• Strong people management skills with the ability to lead and develop a team
• Experience in stock management and maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude
• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation
