Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with the store management team to achieve sales goals, wage budgets, and profitability targets.
• Identify and implement opportunities to grow the business and improve store performance.
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and "door to floor" best practices.
• Manage manpower planning, including recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and orientation.
• Provide regular training and coaching to employees to ensure unparalleled customer service.
• Analyze store-level reports and create actionable plans to improve key performance indicators.
• Lead weekly management and staff meetings to communicate goals and results.

Requirements

• Progressive retail experience with a proven track record in store management.
• Extensive experience delivering high-level customer service within a brand retailer.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, including budgeting, planning, and sales management.
• Excellent people management skills with the ability to resolve conflict and provide constructive feedback.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build relationships with ease.
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
