Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Exemplify and enforce exceptional Customer Experience (CX) standards in the store
• Identify and address CX issues through feedback, training, and coaching for sales staff
• Develop and oversee the professional growth of store personnel, defining training needs
• Manage performance evaluations, propose development plans, and lead recruitment processes
• Analyze business performance using data to identify actions to improve Sales and KPIs
• Coordinate store priorities in alignment with the retail calendar and project timelines
• Foster collaborative relationships with neighboring businesses and conduct competitor analysis

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a structured environment
• Highly developed business acumen
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Highly detail-oriented and organized approach to work
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
