About the role
Responsibilities
- Exemplify and enforce exceptional Customer Experience (CX) standards in the store
- Identify and address CX issues through feedback, training, and coaching for sales staff
- Develop and oversee the professional growth of store personnel, defining training needs
- Manage performance evaluations, propose development plans, and lead recruitment processes
- Analyze business performance using data to identify actions to improve Sales and KPIs
- Coordinate store priorities in alignment with the retail calendar and project timelines
- Foster collaborative relationships with neighboring businesses and conduct competitor analysis
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a structured environment
- Highly developed business acumen
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Highly detail-oriented and organized approach to work
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
