Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead store operational functions, including opening and closing procedures
• Drive top-line sales results and manage controllable expenses through strategic business analysis
• Recruit, develop, and manage store team performance in partnership with management
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by coaching the team in-the-moment
• Maintain brand standards through visual merchandising, restocking, and floor management
• Enforce company policies, loss prevention techniques, and inventory control

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a retail management or senior leadership role
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and resolve complex issues in real-time
• Strong organization and excellent time-management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred)
• Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods
• Ability to carry up to 20 pounds
