Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead store operational functions, including opening and closing procedures and driving sales results
• Manage recruitment, talent development, and performance management for the store team
• Conduct strategic business analysis to drive top-line sales and manage controllable expenses
• Act as a Brand Ambassador by promoting the brand vision and staying connected to new campaigns
• Maintain visual excellence by processing, restocking, and remerchandising the sales floor
• Enforce company policies, manage loss prevention, and oversee inventory control and payroll/scheduling

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Store Manager or senior leadership role
• Demonstrated experience in retail management and team development
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods
• Ability to carry up to 20 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred)
