Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with the store management team to achieve sales goals, wage budgets, and profitability targets
• Identify and implement opportunities to grow the business and improve store performance
• Ensure "door to floor" best practices and visual merchandising standards are executed consistently
• Manage manpower planning, including recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and orientation
• Provide regular training and coaching to employees to ensure high service standards
• Analyze store-level reports and create actionable plans to improve key performance indicators
• Foster a positive store experience by treating all customers and staff members fairly and consistently

Requirements

• Progressive retail experience
• Proven store management experience in the service or retail industry
• Extensive experience delivering high-level customer service within a brand retailer
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, budgeting, and planning
• Excellent people management skills with the ability to resolve conflict
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build relationships with ease
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and work at a fast pace
