Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and mentor store teams to drive a customer-first approach
- Implement established retail processes and identify areas for improvement
- Manage core retail operational procedures including inventory and P&L
- Report performance metrics and utilize KPIs to improve store results
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail operations, budgeting, and planning
- Experience in merchandising and managing store aesthetics
- Proficiency in MS Office and various POS systems
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
- Strong resilience and a self-driven approach to retail management
