Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and mentor store teams to drive a customer-first approach
• Implement established retail processes and identify areas for improvement
• Manage core retail operational procedures including inventory and P&L
• Report performance metrics and utilize KPIs to improve store results
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail operations, budgeting, and planning
• Experience in merchandising and managing store aesthetics
• Proficiency in MS Office and various POS systems
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
• Strong resilience and a self-driven approach to retail management
