Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, motivate, and inspire the store team to achieve success
• Drive sales and ensure the achievement of KPI, wages, and shrinkage targets
• Create an unforgettable and proactive customer experience for Dotti devotees
• Manage day-to-day store operations in a fast-paced, energetic environment
• Maintain high standards of customer service to exceed customer expectations

Requirements

• Proven experience in fashion retail management
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales and KPI targets
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for fashion
• Ability to work a full-time schedule (40 hours per week)
