About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Jacqui E team at the St Lukes location
- Create an unforgettable and unique customer experience
- Drive sales performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Manage wage spend and control stock loss targets
- Execute visual merchandising strategies based on provided briefs
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure high performance
Requirements
- Proven retail leadership experience, ideally within the fashion industry
- Experience in team coaching and staff development
- Strong visual merchandising skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage KPIs, sales, and operational costs
- Passion for fashion and delivering exceptional customer service
