  • Lead and develop the Jacqui E team at the St Lukes location
  • Create an unforgettable and unique customer experience
  • Drive sales performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Manage wage spend and control stock loss targets
  • Execute visual merchandising strategies based on provided briefs
  • Coach and mentor team members to ensure high performance

Requirements

  • Proven retail leadership experience, ideally within the fashion industry
  • Experience in team coaching and staff development
  • Strong visual merchandising skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage KPIs, sales, and operational costs
  • Passion for fashion and delivering exceptional customer service
