Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Jay Jays team at the Chartwell location
• Create an unforgettable and unique customer experience for every shopper
• Drive sales performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Develop, coach, and mentor team members to reach their full potential
• Execute visual merchandising strategies based on provided briefs
• Manage store operations including wage spend and stock loss control

Requirements

• Previous retail leadership experience, ideally in a fashion environment
• Proven experience in developing and coaching a team
• Strong visual merchandising skills
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage KPIs
• Experience with wage spend and stock loss management
