Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Complete store operational requirements including employee scheduling
• Train, coach, and discipline staff to maintain job results
• Manage store administration and ensure policy compliance
• Achieve financial objectives through target setting and expenditure scheduling
• Establish rapport with customers to identify service requirements
• Maintain merchandise availability and manage inventories
• Analyze operating and financial statements for profitability
• Oversee banking functions including deposits and change requirements
• Perform accurate record keeping for sales and production
• Troubleshoot daily close out and shift sales analysis

Requirements

• 5+ years of retail sales management experience with a proven track record
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong customer management and leadership skills
• Bachelor Degree preferred
• Fluency in English, French, and Arabic
