Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing team to deliver an exceptional guest experience and meet brand goals
- Recruit, select, and develop top talent while maintaining a bench of potential applicants
- Coach team members through regular performance reviews and developmental feedback
- Manage store operations including scheduling, payroll, and inventory control
- Drive business results by identifying opportunities for improvement and creating action plans
- Build professional relationships with doctors and host partners to ensure collaborative service
- Ensure compliance with all operating policies, merchandising standards, and sales strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or retail environments
- Proven skills in recruiting, talent development, and motivating others
- Strong selling skills and ability to drive results
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of management or supervisory experience
- Opticianary License or American Board of Opticians Certification
