Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing team to deliver an exceptional guest experience and meet business goals
- Coach and develop team members through regular performance reviews and developmental feedback
- Recruit, select, and train high-caliber talent to maintain a strong candidate bench
- Manage store operations including scheduling, payroll, inventory, and shrink control
- Build professional relationships with Target Optical doctors and host partners to drive business growth
- Ensure compliance with all operating policies, merchandising standards, and marketing programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or retail environments
- Proven experience in recruiting, talent selection, and staff development
- Strong selling skills and ability to motivate and influence others
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Opticianary License or American Board of Opticians Certification
- 3+ years of management or supervisory experience in a retail setting
