About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day retail store operations including rostering, visual merchandising, and stock management
  • Lead and embed T2 values to build an engaged team of brand ambassadors
  • Drive exceptional customer service to increase satisfaction and loyalty
  • Achieve budgeted sales, wage targets, and manage controllable costs
  • Ensure compliance with T2 policies, processes, and guidelines
  • Identify team development needs and motivate staff for future succession
