About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day retail store operations including rostering, visual merchandising, and stock management
- Lead and embed T2 values to build a team of engaged brand ambassadors
- Drive exceptional customer service to increase satisfaction and loyalty
- Achieve budgeted sales, wage targets, and manage controllable costs
- Ensure compliance with T2 policies, processes, and guidelines
- Identify team development needs and motivate performance for future succession
