Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day retail store operations including rostering, visual merchandising, and stock management
• Lead and embed T2 values to build a team of engaged brand ambassadors
• Drive exceptional customer service to increase satisfaction and loyalty
• Achieve budgeted sales, wage targets, and manage controllable costs
• Ensure compliance with T2 policies, processes, and guidelines
• Identify team development needs and motivate performance for succession planning

Requirements

• Background in retail management
• Passionate and commercially minded with a focus on business results
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to inspire a team toward customer excellence
