Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Analyze and organize sales operations for the location
• Oversee product delivery to all customers
• Prepare weekly sales reports and set future goals
• Represent the organization to customers, clients, and vendors
• Manage customer and employee conflicts and resolve complaints
• Oversee inventory management and waste containment
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, training, and termination of employees
• Maintain storefront, displays, and working areas
• Operate and certify on necessary equipment

Requirements

• 3+ years of Retail Management experience
• 2+ years of Team Supervision experience
• 1+ year of experience in Agricultural Retail Management or related business
• Experience in face-to-face/counter sales and customer service
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, or equivalent experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with turfgrass sod and seed in a retail setting
• Additional education in turf management or horticulture
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish
