About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as an on-the-floor leader, coaching and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve store financial results and sales goals
- Recruit, hire, and train new associates using company onboarding tools
- Mentor team members through individual development plans to encourage career growth
- Maintain impeccable execution of operational policies, procedures, and brand standards
- Build customer relationships through active interaction and feedback
- Spend the majority of time present on the sales floor to drive performance
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of previous leadership experience
- Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of store operations
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to make quick decisions
- Highly detail-oriented with a focus on operational excellence
