Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as an on-the-floor leader, coaching and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve store financial results and sales goals
• Recruit, hire, and train new associates using company onboarding tools
• Mentor team members through individual development plans to encourage career growth
• Maintain impeccable execution of operational policies, procedures, and brand standards
• Build customer relationships through active interaction and feedback
• Spend the majority of time present on the sales floor to drive performance

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of previous leadership experience
• Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of store operations
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to make quick decisions
• Highly detail-oriented with a focus on operational excellence

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or customer service environments
