Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to create moments of connection and joy for every customer
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a coffeehouse business in Queens
  • Coach and mentor team partners to support their professional growth

  • Ensure a warm and welcoming environment for the local community

Requirements

  • 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, OR 4+ years of US Military service
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven leadership and coaching abilities with professional maturity
  • Minimum of a High School diploma or GED
  • Ability to work variable hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the US
