About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily retail store operations to ensure smooth and effective functioning
- Motivate sales teams, create business strategies, and train new staff
- Manage opening and closing procedures and handle day-start/day-end cash accurately
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure punctual restocking of merchandise
- Maintain high standards of merchandise presentation
- Foster an enthusiastic, fun, and memorable environment for customers
- Assist with POS transactions and customer inquiries
- Adhere to all company policies, practices, and safety standards
Requirements
- 2-3 years of retail management experience
- 2-5 years of customer service experience
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift cartons up to 25 lbs
- High emotional intelligence and ability to manage diverse teams
